Recently my LG G4 overheated and crash, resulted in a change in motherboard and loss of all data. I've tried contacted Namco Bandai about this issue and they sent me an email as how to recover my account but I'm not really clear what are the steps. If anyone knows, can someone guide me to do it? I'll be attaching the link they send me to after opening the email.

The most important information you need is your Data Transfer Password and Player ID. If you don't have the Data Transfer Password, your account is lost forever

Really glad that I managed to recover my account. So its definitely not lost forever~haha Anyway maybe next time when someone needs help in recovering account I could provide assistant as well. I would say that its kinda useful to create an account in this forum to store your profile information as a headstart.

Actually your DRSP Name and ID# are acceptable to state these data in this forum... I would rather suggest to save a screenshot for the transfer Password tho... either on your PC or if you have a secondary phone Oh yeah you can post your experience in the forum...
