So long for the Shoutoku Battle Collab thanks to the conclusion of the Time Attack Event. At least y'all managed to execute your strategy to get yourself an XD S2000, whether it was guaranteed or from the 50% chance ticket order. At least that's what I did with classes such as TA-3 and TA-2, using 7 SPIRITS Boosters combined with the strategies I learned from some Japanese youtuber, and thanks to these strategies I scored ranking high enough to reach a combined number of tickets necessary to get the XD S2000 guaranteed.
While getting the XD S2000 was part of the nature, the bigger nature of participating in the Time Attack Event is to prep you lots of resources for the D1GP 2023 collaboration. Similar to last year's D1GP collaboration, the Drift Survival is your first stop, and this time it features Kawabata's GR86, D-MAX S15, RE-Amemiya RX-7, and the N-Style GR86, which is an 8-star.
Before we could examine or speculate what that event was, there was a 5-hour maintenance happening tonight. And so thus please get all your rewards you may miss from the previous Time Attack Event before that happens.

After waiting for quite a technical while, the D1GP 2023 collab has now begun. First and foremost let's talk about the N-Style GR86, driven by Nakamura Naoki, as it is a chance ticket exclusive throughout this entire collab. You must have all 5 tickets to get the car guaranteed, meaning you could either go for Top 100 in this particular event imo, or do it over the course of the next few events. Much like Jintei's R34 Kai, you have to be in Top 3000 in each of the events if you want a ticket for one. So any Nakamura Naoki fans out there must fight really hard.
This event happens on Tsukuba circuit btw like the previous 24 Hours of Le Mans Drift Survival Event and the opponents you are racing against are Masao Suenaga's D-MAX S15 for Easy, Masato Kawabata's GR86 for Medium, Matsui Yukio's Re-Amemiya RX-7 for Hard, Daigo Saito's JZA90 for Extreme, and Nakamura Naoki's GR86 for SPIRITS.
RE-Amemiya RX-7 is for Top 3000 in its 7-star base. Kawabata's GR86 is for Top 5000 also in its 7-star base, and Masao Suenaga's D-MAX S15 is for Top 10000 in its 6-star form.
Throughout this entire D1GP 2023 collab, the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC32S will be given out as an exchange reward. It will also be exchanged in the ticket order alongside the XD NCEC.
For this first round of the D1GP 2023 collab, three cars will be given out as Big Bonuses; Kawabata's GR86, Masao Suenaga's D-MAX S15, and Daigo Saito's Monster JZA90, which is exclusive to the GOLD Spirits order; pretty apparent disappointment for any Daigo Saito fans out there.
For this first round I'll just nab Kawabata's GR86, which apparently is much easier to get than last year.

The first round of the D1GP 2023 collab has now ended this morning, and kudos to those that got the RE-Amemiya RX-7, Kawabata's GR86, and Suenaga's D-MAX S15 especially as a rare drop. This first round for me ended in a close cut as on the hour before the event ended, I was close to being kicked out of Top 5000 as the intense competition at the time was using Suenaga's D-MAX S15. I eventually did manage to snag one yesterday as a rare drop, which prompted me to start using it for the remainder of the event. With it's help, I was able to broaden the gap between my current ranking and the edge of the Top 5000 cliff. By the time the event ended, I had spent approximately 16 gas tanks (11 L + 5 S) and at least half my nos tanks (from well above 999 to at least 450). I honestly wished I could've spent much less or almost not at all and still reach Top 5000, but due to the intense competition this is much easier said than done. At least all of that has paid off with me walking away with Kawabata's GR86 for this year.
Next up is the D1GP 2023 Boss Battle Event, featuring the Blue Edition GR Supra, driven by Matsuyama Hokuto, Valino Vazestra S15, driven by Ueo Katsuhiro, and MUSEE Platinum 180SX, driven by Kubokawa Sumika, the sole female driver of this year's D1GP collab.
UPDATED 8/31/2023:
The second round of the D1GP 2023 collab is now underway. For a brief rundown of that event, BLUE Edition GR Supra is for Top 3000 in its 7-star base, Valino Vazestra S15 is for Top 5000 in its 7-star base as well, and MUSEE Platinum 180SX is for Top 10000 in its 6-star base. If luck is on your side you may get it as a rare drop. The best case for you to get it is to finish the event story as they have better random chances of a super-focused boss appearing for you to take on.
Just like before, Swift Sport ZC32S is point exchange car throughout the collab, which is enough said if you get what I mean.
Like the previous event, there are three cars to use as Big Bonuses; Daigo's JZA90, which is from the previous event, Valino S15 and MUSEE Platinum 180SX. I'll just nab the MUSEE Platinum 180SX as a rare drop and then affinity-grind, as if I wanted to replenish all the resources I spent on Kawabata's GR86 in the previous event.

Man, I haven't been active in those past 2 weeks. In fact, I feel kinda fatigued as of today despite my good naps. I should've noted that the third D1GP 2023 round was now underway in the form of Team Battle Royale. It this time features another D-MAX S15, this time driven by Yokoi Masashi, and the Toptul Racing Gear Onevia, driven by Vito Hiroki. Both of them are obtained as rankings rewards for Top 300 and Top 1500 respectively.
For those not part of a team, your best bet is to simply nab them from the GOLD Order, which will be released when the first round of the event happens.

It's time for the final round of the D1GP 2023 collab, which is a Battle Royale, to begin the following night. It features the Vertex Elf Lexus RCV, driven by Ueno Takahiro, and two Shibatires; The Infiniti Q60 driven by Sobagiri Koudai, and the GR86 driven by the returning Hibino Tetsuya.

The final round of the D1GP 2023 collab has now aired. As the formula goes for the previous D1GP 2023 events, Vertex Elf Lexus RCV is for Top 3000 in its 7-star base, Shibatire Infiniti Q60 is for Top 5000 in its 7-star base as well and Shibatire GR86 is for Top 10000 in its 6-star base. Like the Rolling Guy AE86 in the previous event, you could snag one as a rare drop once you take down whichever D1GP driver you face in this event.
The event exchange featured an interesting whip, and it's the Goodyear Mark X G's from the 2016 D1GP.
You must have any of the three cars if you want BIG Bonuses; Shibatire's Infiniti Q60 and GR86 (if you got it as a rare drop), and Daigo's JZA90. You have to get them all from the GOLD Order if you're not that patient. Just like I did with the Rolling Guy AE86, I'll go after the Shibatire GR86 at top 10000 during which I'll use the extra Shibatire GR86s I obtained to build a new future RTB weapon.
