Any help is appreciated. The most obvious thing will be have lots of Enhancement Kits as material parts, works very high if the EK was the #5, 10 of them can raise it to level 100 (someone already did), you can also take #2 - #4 as well as obtained parts (similar part type works better), but will be slower in upgrade progression. Also, try maxed the bonus perks on the team. They will add more bonus when upgrading. And finally, use 10 material parts for upgrade, that's obvious. Hope that helps.

One of my team members found the most efficient way possible to enhance a part. It works very cheaply and is the best method. Here it is:
If you want to max out a Grade 8 Engine for example, and you have 1 Grade 5 Engine, 2 Grade 4 Engines, 3 Grade 3 Engines, 3 Grade 2 Engines & 3 Grade 1 Engines, select one of the Grade 1 Engines as the main part and then select a Grade 1 Engines as Enhancement Material. Repeat this process over and over (make sure the enhancement costs you ONLY 50 coins).
Once you are up to the Grade 8 Engine, select it as your main part and then select all the enhanced Engines. Your Grade 8 Engine will be enhanced by a HUGE amount.
I would save your Enhancement Kits till last. Only use them if you get close to maxing out a part

how about using transmission parts to upgrade drive shafts? would they have similar value or not worth it? I'm going to tell you right now, use ONLY the same parts. Engines go with Engines Transmissions go with Transmissions Tires go with Tires ECUs go with ECUs Nitrous Kits go with Nitrous Kits Mufflers and Turbos go with Mufflers and Turbos Clutches and Drive Shafts go with Clutches and Drive Shafts Strut Tower Bars and Suspensions go with Strut Tower Bars and Suspensions DON'T break these magical rules. Breaking them will result in wasting parts

yeah i thought that was the case.. just that loading hint always puts me off saying HINT upgrading parts using the same colour.. heres another query.. let say a maxed out grade 3 engine.. what part grade would that be near?
cause i think grade 1 maxed out part is just under a grade 4 part but higher then a grade 3

Maxed out parts usually have no higher equal. The higher the Grade of a part, the better it is (if you enhance it of course)

The loading hint always mention about enhancing parts by using the same type as mentioned above. It never mention about doing an enhancement via color-coded.

im refering to its enhancing value.. trying to figure out sell the grade 3 parts for cash or max it out and use them as enhancements.. got around 350 stuff in my gift box so need to get rid of them
also since the last xmas bonus round with the grade 9 max limit extra parts ie turbos, shafts and coils. did u guys keep the grade 7 and 8 or use them as enhancements parts? im currently keeping them cause i noticed installable part for extra is 12..so im thinking like that the could increase the grade limit in the future for the grade 9 parts.

If you have a 5 or 6 star car, better use grade 7 and 8 as enhancement parts and have bunch of grade 9 extras just in case of BN unlocked the level up limit of those extras.

Keep those grade 3 parts if you're planning to upgrade your current high-end part. An upgraded part will have its level stays halfway of the max level on that grade so it is obvious that enhancing the upgraded part will run dry your coin. To make it cheap, it has been mentioned above. Any grade 7 and 8 for Extra parts are used for enhancements, but I will keep remain few for certain weaker cars which has proper Extra part grade limit. It's a good thing to notice the un-released max grade so you might plan as well in the future. However, since Extra parts officially popped out only for official (BB, TA, BR, and Bonus) events, it should be taken less serious unless you need a supplement regarding the weakness of your current car.

It just feel so painful upgrading parts above level 100 using grade 3 parts... so much money for so little exp.
Wish they fix the gift box filter. Should be able to filter by part category... but i doubt it will ever happen.. the more frustrated the player is the more likley they will spend cash

Any help is appreciated. One thing that I have seen some people do is upgrade a lower grade part to max (becasue it cost less to level the lower the grade) and once it is max you use it to level up the higher grade part.

Of course, you could get more coins through Saturday and Sunday since it is 48 Hours Coin Festa Event. 'Advanced' category is a great start-up for having moderate high-end parts. Try 'Extreme' if you think you're ready for it. However, losing is not an option since it doubles the gas needed for each race taken. Joining a team which consistently devote their coins each week is a must but team's environment could be different so choose carefully. Avoid a team which has bunch of freeloaders. You could consider this later regarding to join a team but you will get a bonus percentage of each completed enhancement, this is what you might looking for when you're finding it too painful for upgrading a part. Regarding for being frustrated, it's always the risk of being "Free To Play" players. Trust me, you will get a grip sooner or later.

Not worried about "Extreme" parts event, already got most of my parts to grade 12(ECU,NOS, TIRES), grade 13 engine & grade 14 transmission, all maxed. So extreme level is not a problem to me now , and already have a team with all +13% bonus (EnvYuS™). But I appreciate your help
