Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have two JP DriSpi accounts, one at lv 124 which I'm trying to recover, and one at lv 73 which I started roughly 3 weeks ago.
I broke the device I had my first account on back in March without backing up my data, and just recently had the device fixed in time for version 5. However, when I launched version 4 to retrieve my transfer data, all I got was an error code asking me to update to version 5.
Between this forum and the DriSpi subreddit, I've seen multiple people claiming to have contacted Bandai Namco and successfully received their transfer passwords, but I haven't been able to find the email address, nor can I seem to find the 「ドリフトスピリッツデータ復旧窓口」 shown in the screenshots provided on the thread linked. I have my username, player ID#, and proof that I've made in game purchases via the Apple Store, so I should be able to get my password. I just need to know where to ask.

From what I remember when waiting for ver 5.0.0 using 4.4.2 that it should pop out your Account transfer details with your transfer password which I tried to check if my transfer password from my earlier screenie and recent was still the same
However try to save your 2nd account with a screenie of the transfer details and probably keep it on either your Micro SD (for android phones) or your external sources probably your laptop/PC to prevent any future problems

Yeah that's how it worked for my 2nd account, got my transfer details and signed right into version 5 with no problems. I think my first account won't give me my login info because I'm still on a previous iteration of version 4, not 4.2.2, so it's requiring me to update.

Yeah that's how it worked for my 2nd account, got my transfer details and signed right into version 5 with no problems. I think my first account won't give me my login info because I'm still on a previous iteration of version 4, not 4.2.2, so it's requiring me to update. hmm... assuming you're using an Android... try finding the 4.2.2 apk from APKpure or even some APK downloader site not sure on iOS tho... might be your last shot on getting that primary account... just make sure if your primary account is still on that "target" phone and never been uninstalled... assuming v4.0.0 is still intact I can't vouch for the result.. but this might shorten or lessen your problem contacting namco bandai for the accounts

So after looking through more of the google results, Famitsu had the link to the page mentioned in the thread I linked earlier. bncrssup.channel.or.jp/Remedies/index/C9oaI'll be trying this and reporting back.
The initial step seems to just be emailing bncrssup_api@crais.channel.or.jp with the subject title "C9oa". Not sure if it matters, but the default message it puts in is "Please do not change the subject. 件名を変えずに送信してください。" Then they sent me a link to a form that I think is generated on a case by case basis (so the link can't be shared). At the end I got a notification that it could take up to 2 weeks to hear back from them.
So now I wait...
EDIT: An hour or so later, they emailed me back asking for the birthday I registered with when I made in-app purchases. So for future reference, be sure to include this on your form when you send it in the first time.

It seemed another good step in recovering your prinary account... if this is successfully retrieve d, you can also help in creating a thread about this

Yep, we'll see. I replied with my date of birth and a screenshot of my gold purchase history from the app store, but I haven't heard anything back since their initial email.
...I didn't expect this process to make me so anxious lol.. I've probably checked my email more in the past 2 days than I have in the 4 months prior..

I got it! It took a couple of days, but they finally sent me back my recovery password. Was able to log back into my account for the first time in 8 months. :')
